This group started from a couple people talking about advice over email and slowly grew to monthly meetings with other families adopting from China. We've grown from a couple of strangers to a group of friends. We try to have monthly get-togethers to catch up and see each other in person. This blog is the latest addition to the group and serves to be a source of upcoming events for our group.
“Found in China,” a documentary by Tai-Kai Productions, follows a group of six Midwestern families and their 9- to 13-year adopted Chinese daughters who climb the Wall, taste the tea, visit their orphanages and the people who once held them--all the while surviving the emotional and psychological demands of such a heritage trip.
